Explore Insights and meditation to experience peace of mind, inner power and clarity through 'yoga of the mind'.
This course will cover:
- an open-eyed meditation technique that can be used anytime, anywhere
- an understanding of the self, the qualities within, and how the mind works
- how to gain mastery over your mind and emotions, and develop your spirituality
This course runs once a week on Saturdays, 11am – 12pm for four-weeks. It is beneficial to attend all the sessions. More advanced classes are available as follow up.
