No matter how successful we may be, almost all of us could do with a self-esteem boost. When we are connected with our core values, we can face life confidently and peacefully.
Join our sessions to learn how to:
- know and discover your positive self
- accept yourself, identify personal strengths, abilities and uniqueness
- build healthy relationships and maintain inner balance
- learn how to meditate to experience a calmer self.
This course runs once a week, every Wednesday for 6 weeks. Starting on Wednesday 4th October, 10.00am – 11.30am.
